Terms & Conditions
Version 2026.1 · Last updated 4 November 2026
1. Who we are
RoutineOS Lite is provided by Dorel Ciprian Nafornita trading as SIMPLionEX, 71 Cotesheath Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 3JB, United Kingdom ("SIMPLionEX", "we"). Contact: support@simplionex.com.
2. Scope of use
RoutineOS Lite is a tool for personal and team shift task planning, operational checklists, time-horizon reminders (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, annual) and peer handovers. You must be at least 16 and provide accurate account details.
3. Plans and pricing
- Free Beta — personal routines and reminders, free forever for individuals.
- Team Collaboration (Early Access) — workspace linking, shared tasks and handover receipts. Free during the beta; we intend to charge £10 per user per month afterwards and will give you notice before any charge applies. Nothing is billed without your agreement.
4. Account security and PIN policy
- Your email address anchors your account and is used to verify PIN recovery.
- Sessions expire after 14 hours.
- PINs must be changed every 365 days.
- Keep your PIN private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, upload unlawful content or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5a. Workplace use and employer IT policies
- You may sign up with a work or personal email. If you use a work email or a company-managed device, you are responsible for making sure your use complies with your employer's IT, data and acceptable-use policies.
- Do not enter confidential employer information you are not permitted to store in third-party tools.
- RoutineOS Lite is a personal planning aid and does not replace your employer's operating procedures, permits to work or safety standards.
- If your employer later sets up an official RoutineOS Business workspace for your email domain, administration of accounts on that domain may be transferred to your employer. We will give you notice first so you can export your data or switch to a personal email.
6. Beta service and disclaimers
The service is in beta and provided "as is" as an operational aid. It does not replace your employer's procedures. Standard industrial safety measures, equipment lock-outs, permits to work and statutory risk assessments remain the responsibility of the operator and their employer. Reminders may be delayed or fail (for example if notifications are disabled), so do not rely on the app as your only safeguard for safety-critical tasks.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing).
8. Your data
You own your routine data. How we process it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will ask you to confirm material changes in the app. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
